Since 2009, Julie has been selling condos to country estates, townhouses to triplexes and semis to side splits with a smile.

Julie built a solid foundation for her real estate career working alongside her mother, Mary Dingman, a name long synonymous with real estate excellence in Stratford.

Julie has been schooled in the art of collaboration, communication and commitment, which translates into a smooth and engaged real estate experience for all of her clients.

Prior to her career in real estate, Julie had an eight year adventure in the television business, working in Los Angeles and Toronto for FOX, ABC, HBO and CTV.

When not working with her clients, Julie can be found enjoying good times with her family, running with friends and looking for her next outdoor adventure (and trying to see Willie Nelson in concert!).

A converted fire hall is home to Julie and her dog Blue. The fire hall was built in the mid-1960s and it remained as a functioning fire hall until 2008. In 2012, through Julie’s vision, it was renovated into an industrial yet warm and welcoming home.
