Shane Oosterhoff relocated to Stratford in 2016 with his husband, Conor, after several years in Toronto. Born and raised in British Columbia’s lower mainland, Shane was drawn back to Ontario by long-standing family ties and a love for the region.
With a background in photography, interior design, and visual merchandising, Shane brings a strong eye for detail, space, and presentation to his work in real estate. He spent a decade immersed in Stratford’s arts community and most recently held a management role at the locally owned retailer Wills & Prior, where he built a reputation for exceptional customer service and thoughtful merchandising, with a strong focus on interior styling and home décor.
In 2020, Shane and Conor purchased their first home in Stratford and undertook a full renovation, giving Shane valuable hands-on experience in the buying, renovating, and selling process. This perspective allows him to relate to clients on a personal level while offering clear guidance through every stage of their real estate journey.
With a focus on residential real estate in Stratford, Shane is grateful to have helped many wonderful clients purchase and sell in the community.
