Toni has been in the real estate business since 2018 and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers. Prior to becoming a realtor, Toni worked for decades in the customer service and arts communities, with roles ranging from Executive Assistant to Food and Beverage Manager of the Stratford Festival (for 12 years). Her customer service experience, work ethic and high level of attention to detail, make her an exceptional asset to her real estate clients.

In particular, she loves working in new construction and helping her clients with the transformation of their home, whether that means searching for the new home, or helping to get a seller’s home ready for sale. She understands the time sensitivity of real estate transactions and is available and ready to work hard with her clients’ best interests at heart at all times.

Toni loves being part of the Home & Company Real Estate team. Not only does she say that it feels like family, she is grateful to have the opportunity to work with such a collaborative hard working team, including husband, Julian Francoeur and sister-in-law, Ella Fox.

In Toni’s spare time, she enjoys baking, fine wine and spending time with her family, her husband, teenage sons, her adorable shepherd and many siblings and wonderful in-laws.
